ok... what a debacle. - 34

All right well I got down to the tow yard and even though I talked to them, there wasn't even anyone there. So on to my next issue. I need to come up with a gate fee to get someone to come let me in apparently now. it's only 20. if anyone can help, please let me know. If I need to set up a car date or something, that's fine. obviously the roses on that would be more... but I just need to figure this out. please help.
